At BigMat Malta, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original fiscal receipt or invoice.

  Visit Our Showroom

  Bring the item to our customer service desk at the BigMat store in Ta' Qali for an immediate inspection by our team.

• 3.
  Technical Inspection

  For power tools or machinery, our technicians will conduct a brief assessment to confirm the item is free from user-inflicted damage.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once approved, you will receive a refund via your original payment method or a store credit note for future hardware and home needs.
