What are the standard delivery times for orders in Malta and Gozo?
We typically deliver within 2 to 5 working days for items in stock. Larger construction materials or bulky items may require specialized transport, which will be scheduled with you directly after purchase.
Can I return a product if it is not suitable for my project?
Yes, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Please note that custom-mixed paints and specially ordered items are non-refundable.

Which payment methods do you accept online?

Is it possible to collect my order from the BigMat showroom?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification that your items are ready for pickup at our Ta' Qali location.
